Joe Harrison, MSN, ARNP, NP-C

Chief Clinical Officer

Joe Harrison serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Savoy Life. He is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in adult/geriatric behavioral health. His professional background includes being a Founder and Principal Clinician of Glidepath Behavioral Health and Avail Health, Head of Care Delivery for Remo Health, and Northern California Behavioral Health Clinical Lead for CareMore Health.

Mr. Harrison is passionate about working in and leading interdisciplinary teams to solve problems and build successful systems on behalf of underserved and marginalized populations. He seeks out positions that empower him to bring robust resources to bear on behalf of other healthcare stakeholders, including senior living communities, patients, and their caregivers. As an early adopter of telemedicine, secure direct communication products and health information exchange resources, Joe looks forward to employing rapidly developing hardware and software solutions for the populations and customers that Savoy Life serves.

In addition to his bilingual clinical practice and clinical leadership, he precepts and teaches University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Family Nurse Practitioner students as Volunteer Faculty in the UCSF Department of Family Health Care Nursing. Joe also enjoys giving free public health talks to adults and senior citizens in the communities he serves.

Mr. Harrison has a varied educational and work background, including studying multiple disciplines, founding an international NGO and two private practices, as well as being a founding team member of multiple other businesses. Joe has advised multiple digital healthcare start-ups and served on the board of Bay Area Community Health (FQHC) in Santa Clara and Alameda Counties.
