Tiffany Wilkins is the Client Solutions and Experience Lead at Savoy Life. Ms. Wilkins joins Savoy Life with over twenty years of experience in the senior living industry.

Ms. Wilkins is an experienced leader in both publicly held, privately held and family-owned companies. Her strengths include team and culture building, sales force development, as well as labor force retention and enhancement.

Ms. Wilkins began her career in senior living as an Executive Director in Buena Park, California. Since then, Ms. Wilkins has held a variety of roles in assisted living communities, spanning from Regional Director of Operations for Emeritus Senior Living, Vice President of Operations with Brookdale Senior Living, Regional Director of Operations of JEA Senior Living, and Senior Vice President of Operations of Spectrum Retirement Communities. She has most recently held the role of Regional Director of Operations with Enlivant Senior Assisted Living.

Ms. Wilkins has been heavily involved with Argentum as well as California Assisted Living Association and Arizona Assisted Living Association. Most recently, Ms. Wilkins served as the Vice Chair for the Arizona Assisted Living Federation, as well as serving as a representative on the Governor Ducey COVID-19 Response Team for Assisted Living and the Nursing Care Institute and Assisted Living Facility Field Study Committee.

She currently resides in Arizona and is a mother of two.
