Katie Griff

Katie Griff is the Chief Marketing Officer at Savoy Life. She is the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at Red Cell Partners, and the Head of Marketing at Zephyr AI and DEFCON AI, Red Cell portfolio companies. She joins the firm from her position as the founder and CEO of Griff Consulting, a boutique marketing consultancy that develops and implements cross-channel marketing programs for growth focused retail and e-commerce brands.
Ms. Griff is an experienced strategic leader with multi-industry experience building some of today’s leading brands, developing business strategy, creating new product lines, sourcing investment opportunities, negotiating deal terms, and recruiting and managing others. She combines extensive brand and content management experience with deep knowledge of digital performance marketing tactics that help businesses scale effectively and with brand integrity. Ms. Griff has a proven track record of launching highly successful digital and traditional marketing programs, building brand partnerships, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and crafting full-funnel marketing campaigns.
Prior to founding Griff Consulting, Ms. Griff was the Head of Marketing at HATCH Collection, the Director of Strategy & Marketing at Madewell / J. Crew Group, and has held various strategy and marketing roles at organizations across market caps including Gilt, Moda Operandi, Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy, and Calypso St. Barth. Ms. Griff spent her early career as an analyst and associate on the investment team in the Hedge Fund Group at Blackstone.
She has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Duke University.
