Meagan Pluckebaum

Meagan leads operations, strategy, and technology for Savoy Life and was thrilled to rejoin both Peter and Chris after a brief stent of previously working together. Meagan’s passion for senior living emerged from past experiences working in geriatrics and complex care and has only grown since joining Savoy and seeing the additional depth of opportunities to support these seniors. 

Prior to joining Savoy Life, Meagan led functions including central operations, new market implementations, product, plus learning & development at ConcertoCare, a geriatric-focused value-based care company. Prior to ConcertoCare, Meagan worked at two healthcare care delivery and technology-enabled startups one of which being Strive Health. Meagan joined Strive as one of the first 25 employees. She took the concepts of a clinical model and brought it to life by launching value-based care programs including CKCC (similar to an ACO for kidney care) with health plans, health systems, and provider groups to support those with later stage kidney disease.  

Zooming out on Meagan’s career, Meagan is known as someone with strong abilities to setup and drive operations – paired with technology, product, and strategy expertise. Meagan graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis on human factors and psychology. While Meagan jokes she accidently ended up in healthcare from an internship experience back in college, she cannot imagine switching industries and is determined to drive positive impacts on the many challenges that exist in healthcare today. 

In her free time, Meagan enjoys playing soccer, volunteering with local communities, watching sports, traveling, and enjoying an array of Chicago events with her husband, friends, and cat.
