Piyush Gupta, MD

Piyush Gupta, MD, is an Advisor and Medical Group Owner at Savoy Life. Dr. Gupta is also the co-founder and CEO of Sevi Health. He is a primary care enthusiast and is passionate about value-based care and data-driven quality improvement.

Previously, he was the Chief Health Officer of Community Care at Cityblock Health, VP of Population Health and Partnerships Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Population Health, and Regional Medical Officer of CareMore Health Arizona. He completed a fellowship in patient safety and quality improvement at Kaiser Permanente.

He trained in internal medicine at Brown University, received his MD from the University of Vermont, and graduated with university honors from Carnegie Mellon University. He is board-certified in internal medicine.
