Rhonda Campbell

Rhonda Campbell is the Clinical and Operations Lead at Savoy Life. Ms. Campbell joins the team with a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the healthcare industry.

Ms. Campbell began her career as a nurse in the Emergency Department. She then provided healthcare in the clinic setting and served patients in independent homes and senior living communities as a part of the Home Nursing team and High-Risk Care teams at CareMore Health. She was instrumental in the development of the CareMore High-Risk team serving home-bound seniors with chronic health conditions, resulting in decreased hospitalizations and improved patient outcomes. Her ability to adeptly manage a wide array of responsibilities and orchestrate collaborative efforts among teams has been finely honed. Throughout her career, Ms. Campbell has gained a profound understanding of the obstacles that confront our elderly population and individuals with disabilities. Her approach to addressing the multifaceted challenges within modern healthcare has been marked by a dedication to finding innovative solutions for these populations, leading to her current career transition with Savoy Life.

Ms. Campbell obtained her nursing education at Pima Community College. She has received several additional certifications including becoming a trainer for CPI Non-Volent Crisis Intervention and USAF TeamSTEPPS programs, allowing her to help lead her colleagues in their commitment to teamwork and patient safety.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. Campbell finds fulfillment in travel with her partner, and cherished moments spent with her growing family.
